Live streaming of the hot30 is available from 7.00pm-10.00pm |

hot30's online streaming is provided in its own Internet Explorer
popup window. You wont be able to listen to hot30 in media players
such as Winamp or a Windows Media Player direct link. Once you click
on the link, you will be shown a quick 15 second sponsor video while
the media player connects to the live radio broadcast. At the conclusion
of the video, the window will reduce in size and your online radio
stream will commence. To stop listening you may close the window
at any time.

Make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers
are on and working! |

You need the latest version of Windows Media
Player installed on your PC to hear hot30. Download version

The Norton Antivirus/Personal Firewall/Internet
Security packages have automatic advertisement blocking, this
needs to be switched off or you wont be able to listen to our
radio stream. Follow this guide on how to disable Norton ad
blocking. |

Turn Popup Blocking software off - Windows XP
Service Pack 2 comes standard with an automatically enabled
popup window blocking feature. Follow this guide here at Microsoft,
to help you turn it off. |

If you have google toolbar, either disable the
feature or hold down the Ctrl key while you click the your station
logo. If you keep it held down, it will bypass the popup blocker
until your media window has finished loading. |

If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall
or have streaming blocked |
 |
You need cookies enabled |

| If all else fails,
try a reboot of either your browser or PC. If you are still having
problems hearing our live stream, send a detailed description
of the problem, your internet service provider's
name and your computer operating system (ie. WindowsXP
